At Designer Silk Clothes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your silk garment isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the silk garment in its original protective tissue and place it inside the designer box to prevent snagging or wrinkling during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists confirm the garment meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
